The South Factory currently ships to all locations within India.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with reliable logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Urban Areas: 4–5 business days

  • Rural / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, regional restrictions, natural events, or courier service delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment status through the courier partner’s website.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate. THESOUTHFACTORY is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

If you receive a damaged package or find items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the package and product. We will review the issue and assist you as per our resolution process.
