At The South Factory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products once the order has been placed and received.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@thesouthfactory.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 3 - 10 days & we can provide exchange and exchange items or products will be delivered to you within 2 to 5 Business days

Non-Returnable Items

Indian Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, please note that we do not offer a 14-day cooling-off period, as our products fall under exemptions (e.g., perishable or personal care goods).
